Pharmacological effects
Vitamins form a reversible redox system with dehydrogenated vitamins in the body, which plays an important role in biological redox reactions and cell respiration. Vitamins participate in amino acid metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters, collagen and tissue cell matrix, can reduce capillary permeability, promote iron absorption in the intestine, enhance the body's resistance to infection, and enhance the liver's detoxification ability. Vitamins are widely distributed in body tissues, with a plasma protein binding rate of about 25%. They are metabolized in the liver. Vitamins are mainly excreted in urine in their original form, and are metabolized to oxalic acid (oxalic acid) when in excess.
Drug interactions
(1) When used in combination with salicylates and barbiturates, it can increase the excretion of vitamin B.
(2) When used in combination with solutions of vitamin Bz, alkaline drugs, and iron ions, it can reduce the efficacy of the drug and is not suitable for combination.
Adverse Reactions
When given in high doses, there is an increased risk of urate, oxalate, or desaturation crystal formation.
