Possible Side Effects	In rare instances, use of this product has been associated with retinal toxicity. To avoid negative side effects, take exactly as directed by your veterinarian. Enrofloxacin is contraindicated in pets known to be allergic to quinolones (a type of antibiotic).
Drug & Food Interactions	Ceftriaxone may interact with other medications. Consult with your veterinarian to determine if other drugs your pet is receiving could interact with cefoxitin. Such drugs include certain other antibiotics. Do not mix with other antimicrobial drugs because of possible incompatibility.
Precautions	Keep away from children and animals. Resistance is a major concern when giving antibiotics. Resistance occurs when bacteria survive and mutate and are then able to survive even after antibiotics are given. To help avoid any resistance, it is important to give antibiotics as they are prescribed for as long as they are prescribed even if your pet is looking and feeling better.
Contraindications	Enrofloxacin is contraindicated in dogs known to be hypersensitive to quinolones. The safe use of enrofloxacin has not been established in large and giant breeds during the rapid growth phase. The use of enrofloxacin is contraindicated in small and medium breed dogs during the rapid growth phase (between 2 and 8 months of age). WARNINGS: For use in animals only.
